Description: In this session, the presenters will provide participants with a basic framework on how to effectively and safely deliver virtual care to patients. All staff members that provide virtual patient care are required to complete this module to meet the Hybrid Program Certification staff competency requirements in addition to completion of the four standard staff competency exercises.

•Define regulations that oversee the virtual delivery of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
•Describe how programs can select patients for virtual delivery
•Review technical considerations for virtual delivery •Summarize strategies for preparing for emergencies during virtual sessions
