Description: Have you wanted to attend the Program Certification Pre-Conference Workshop but were unable to in the past? Join us on Tuesday, August 26 for the first virtual Program Certification Workshop to hear from the Program Certification Leadership Team for a crash-course in all things Program Certification. During the workshop, participants will learn about requirements for each page of the application and will review common application issues and errors. Participants will also get the chance to grade sample applications to put their newfound certification knowledge to the test and will have the opportunity to ask questions about the application requirements throughout the workshop.

Recorded Workshop: Recordings of the workshop didactic lectures will be available for live virtual workshop registrants only. 

Learning Objectives: 

• Review the AACVPR Program Certification process. 
• Outline requirements for: Staff Competencies, ITP, Medical Emergencies, Emergency Preparedness, Exercise Prescription, Oxygen Titration and Performance Measures Pages. 
• Describe common denial reasons for the various application components.  
• Review ITP examples and identify opportunities for improvements.
