Description: Are you a new Program Certification Primary Contact? Is your program due to certify or recertify in 2027 and you need a crash course on the requirements before the application opens?  Join us on Tuesday, August 11 for the Live Center-Based Delivery Program Certification Workshop to hear from the Program Certification Leadership Team for a crash-course in all things Program Certification. During the workshop, participants will learn about requirements for each page of the application and will review common application issues and errors. Participants will also get the chance to grade sample applications to put their newfound certification knowledge to the test and will have the opportunity to ask questions about the application requirements throughout the workshop.

Learning Objectives: 

1. Review the AACVPR Center-Based Delivery Program Certification process.
2. Outline 2027 Center-Based Delivery requirements for: Staff Competencies, ITP, Medical Emergencies, Emergency Preparedness, Exercise Prescription, Oxygen Titration and Performance Measures Pages.
3. Describe common reasons for denial for the various application pages. 
4. Review ITP examples and identify opportunities for improvements.
